Biography

Thomas Keller is one of America's most decorated chefs, renowned for his pursuit of perfection and classical technique. He trained in France and worked at several notable restaurants before opening The French Laundry in Yountville, California in 1994. The restaurant quickly became one of America's finest dining establishments. Keller also operates Per Se in New York, both holding three Michelin stars. His philosophy centers on respect for ingredients and the belief that no single ingredient should be repeated throughout a meal.
